COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY

A big part of visiting Eastwind is peace of mind. That's why we've instituted new sanitation and social distancing policies for our team and guests to ensure your health and safety to the best of our ability.

Will we be close to other guests?

Indoor common spaces which includes our lounge/bar will be reserved for guests on property only.

Is the Bar still open?

Starting May 14, 2021 our lounge space will re-open for guests of Eastwind. We will offer bar service on Friday and Saturday under occupancy restrictions per NYS guidelines. We will continue to offer drinks for delivery to your room. Our dinner service continues on Fri/Sat by invitation prior to your visit.

How are you managing check in?

We are now equipped with contactless check-in/out via key code entry. These details will be provided upon booking.

Is the staff being screened? 

Yes, we are taking each staff member's temperature before their shift begins.

Are you using proper cleaning products?

Eastwind continues to use only EPA-approved cleaning supplies for all spaces on property.

What is the sanitation/housekeeping plan on property?

Cleaning of property amenities occurs daily and additional sanitizer stations are positioned near all amenities. Out of precaution and curtesy to our staff and guests we do not enter your room during your stay. We will be glad to provide fresh linen and towels daily upon request. All rooms are cleaned and sanitized before your stay.

Is hand sanitizer available?

Yes, all rooms offer individual hand sanitizer bottles for your personal use while exploring the Catskills.

Can we gather around the fire pit?

To better adhere to social distancing guidance, we have replaced our communal fire pit for private fire pits, so that all guests can enjoy an evening fire in the arms of their significant other.

Is breakfast available on property?

Breakfast is offered in form of individual breakfast baskets – dropped off at your room. Best enjoyed on our lawn.

Can we use the grill during our visit?

Yes, and BBQ stations will continue to be cleaned after every use.

How are changes and cancellations managed?
